At Capy NY, we are committed to quality. All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your cake doesn't meet our standards for freshness and flavor, we'll do our best to resolve it.

Return policy

Once the product has left the store, returns are not accepted unless it does not meet established quality standards. In this case, a replacement for the same product may be offered (for line cakes or desserts, subject to in-store availability) or, alternatively, a refund.
