Where it all began

Our story of tradition, passion, and authenticity began in 1984 in the charming town of Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico.

Grandparents, Lupita with her dedication, organization, and ability to create, together with grandfather Leonardo with his vision and ease in connecting with people, started this great family. The dream of expanding happy moments and taking that love to more places was just beginning.

A dream that crossed borders

We began to grow and grow big. Thus, on September 15, 2008, three of the siblings carried their grandmother's dream across the border, opening their first store in New York for anyone looking for a sweet moment and the authentic taste of home.

A story that continues to grow

Now, Pasteles Capy is recognized as the best tres leches cake in NY, a flavor that reflects the quality, effort, and love of each member who makes up our beautiful family.
