Physical Store Policies – Capy NY

  1. Protection of personal data:
    Due to internal policies, staff information, including names, phone numbers, or shifts, is not provided. Sharing personal information about other customers is also prohibited.

  2. Satisfaction Guarantee:
    Capy NY guarantees total customer satisfaction. If your cake doesn't meet our standards for quality, flavor, or presentation, you can report it the same day with a receipt and proof of purchase.

  3. Refunds and returns:
    * Only apply in case of:
    * Defective product
    * Incorrect order
    * Obvious contamination

    The product and receipt must be presented on the day of purchase. Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.

  4. Custom Cakes:
    * Any changes to the decor or delivery time must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
    * Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will result in a 50% charge of the total order.
    * A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
    * Availability for special designs is not guaranteed if not requested with sufficient advance notice.

  5. Store Conduct:
    We reserve the right to refuse admission. Disrespect, offensive language, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

Online Store – Sales Policies

  1. Order anticipation:
    All online orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

  2. Changes or cancellations:
    To cancel or modify an order, you must notify the selected store at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.

  3. Deliveries and collections:
    * Capy NY is not responsible for delays if the customer does not pick up the order at the indicated time.
    * If the order is not picked up on the agreed day, there will be no refund.

  4. Quality Assurance:
    All cakes leave the store in optimal condition. If they arrive in poor condition, please contact us the same day with evidence (photos) so we can discuss a replacement or solution.

  5. Online payment methods:
    * PayPal
    * Stripe (credit or debit card)
